Mark Alan Davis was the CEO, part owner and integral player of a very successful construction company for over 25 years. This company grew from an annual 5 million dollars to over 40 million dollars under his leadership, innovation and vision. Mark’s reputation and specialty has become well known in the construction industry for building award-winning, commercial and institutional buildings and high-end custom homes, in the PA, NJ, DE and NY regions.

Excited to branch out on his own, Mark recently established Worthington Davis Associates to meet the growing needs of the construction market with versatility, passion and commitment to excellence in quality and service.  Completing projects on time and within budget while delivering impressive builds to ensure customer satisfaction is an integral aspect of Mark’s mission statement.  He is associated with and is greatly respected by the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) and has been a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) for years. Having won numerous national and local awards for his building projects, many of his friends and associates would describe Mark’s passion and success in construction to be a natural part of his DNA as a third generation builder.  

 

On a personal note, Mark has been married to his wife, Pamela, for 35 years and enjoys the close proximity to his four children, all of whom are married, and three grandchildren who are his pride and joy.  When occasion allows, Mark enjoys boating on the Chesapeake Bay and exercising his FAA pilot’s license to oversee his new builds from an aerial vantage point.
